Branding Accelerator does not offer refunds for any services rendered. Once payment is made, our team dedicates resources, including project managers and animators, to your project.
We provide unlimited revisions for the duration of your contract to ensure your satisfaction. It is the client's responsibility to communicate their preferences and feedback to us throughout the project.
As we invest time, effort, and resources into each project, refunds cannot be provided for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the final deliverables.
Data Collection and Usage:
Branding Accelerator may collect data from clients, including but not limited to, video performance metrics and feedback. This data may be used for analysis, improvement of services, and as examples for showcasing our work to potential clients.
By engaging with our services, clients consent to the collection and usage of such data for the purposes outlined above.
Liability:
Branding Accelerator is not liable for any loss or damages incurred as a result of using our services, including but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
We make no guarantees regarding the performance or outcomes of our services, as success may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.
Modification of Terms:
Branding Accelerator reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review and understand the terms before engaging with our services.
